The Triple-Spring Couronne and the champions in Apremont.
Three tournaments from 7 May to 26 June, 50 match days and the return to Chantilly of leading French, Argentinian and English professionals. The PGH Cup (named after the founder of the club), the Charity Cup and the Laversine Cup, play at the level of 12 goals. The matches are amazing speed and can be discovered sometimes great Argentine talents. It is here that Facundo Pieres, triple-winner of the Open of Argentina – the ultimate reference of the polo – had made its debut abroad. Pancho Bensadon, semi-finalist of the same Open, has also won several tournaments of this Triple Crown Spring.
In fact, it was a few ten players who won this mythical Open of Argentina that played Chantilly, including two members of the Dolfina (Juan-Martin Nero and Pablo McDonough) and two d'Ellerstina (Polito and Facundo Pieres) Seven other players who participated in this "Abierto" (Open in Argentinian) also passed by Chantilly. They are all, or have been, 9 or 10 handicaps.
