Europain & Intersuc, International Bakery Fair, Pastry, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Confectionery is a global and comprehensive event that brings together French know-how and international innovations in products, equipment and service. This trade fair allows professionals, artisans and industrialists to find solutions to meet the expectations and new consumption patterns of bakery-pastry-chocolate-confectionery. Europain & Intersuc 2016 proposed 150 demonstrations and conferences on 5 different scenes, where each profession finds concrete ideas and advice.
The show also hosts the biggest international and French bakery competitions: La Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie, Le Mondial des Arts Sucrés, the Coupe de France des Ecoles.
